What you’ll be doing: We're seeking a Software QA Analyst to join the team, focusing on enhancing the existing product suite and collaborating on new projects. Your role spans diverse products, ensuring performance and standards while crafting prototypes to support sales efforts. With a sharp eye for detail and innovation, you'll maintain our reputation for reliability and user-friendliness across all products.
Responsibilities: Create test plans for products and service suites, assessing functionality, performance, and reliability. Maintain coding standards and ensure cultural compatibility with target markets. Collaborate with teams to design solutions meeting customer needs. Communicate effectively with developers and stakeholders. Provide technical support to clients when necessary.
Your background: Bachelor's or Master's in computer science or related field. Strong QA testing skills and IT proficiency. Understanding of business processes and ability to think creatively. Excellent communication skills. Meticulous attention to detail and logical problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with testing REST APIs, UI test frameworks, and Agile methodologies preferred.
