We’re working with a highly respected organisation that’s seeking an experienced QA Engineer to join on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a quality-first engineering culture within a well-established, forward-thinking business.

The Role

As a QA Engineer, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the delivery of robust, high-quality software across both web and mobile platforms. You’ll build and maintain automated test suites, perform functional and regression testing, and work closely with cross-functional teams to embed quality at every stage of development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to define test coverage and ensure features are delivered to a high standard.
• Provide clear bug reports and testing documentation.
• Monitor CI/CD pipelines, investigate test failures, and support improvements to testing processes.
• Contribute to building a strong quality-focused mindset across engineering teams.

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in software testing/QA roles.
• Experience testing both web and mobile environments.
• Familiarity with API testing tools and methodologies.
• Exposure to performance testing (load/stress) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of infrastructure-as-code or cloud platforms is advantageous.
