We’re looking for a QA Engineer to join the team and make sure every feature we ship meets the highest standards for reliability, security, and user experience.


This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with engineers, product managers, and solutions architects to test, break, and improve the platform. You’ll help us catch issues early, build trust with our clients, and shape a quality-first mindset across the team.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Own and manage the testing process for new features and releases across the Connect platform

• Write, maintain, and execute test cases – both manual and automated

• Work closely with engineers to validate functionality, performance, and edge cases

• Support regression testing, smoke testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

• Identify, document, and track bugs – helping prioritise fixes and improvements

• Collaborate with product and delivery teams to understand real-world use cases and risks

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, test coverage, and tooling

• Advocate for quality across the entire development lifecycle


WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Experience in QA or software testing for web-based platforms or SaaS products

• Strong understanding of manual and automated testing techniques

• Familiarity with test management tools and frameworks (e.g.Azure DevOps)

• Ability to write clear and concise bug reports, test cases, and documentation

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving

• Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for getting things right

• Bonus: experience testing identity systems, integrations, or enterprise SaaS platforms
