Team members are encouraged to take initiative, embrace challenges, and help shape the future of retail.Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, design, and execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applicationsBuild and maintain automated test suites using PlaywrightCollaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure quality from the outsetApply BDD techniques to create shared understanding and clear acceptance criteriaParticipate in design reviews, backlog refinement, and sprint ceremoniesConduct exploratory, regression, and smoke testing across multiple environmentsWork with DevOps to integrate tests into CI/CD pipelinesContribute to performance and security testing strategiesDocument and report defects clearly, supporting timely resolutionAdvocate for a “Quality at Source” mindset across the teamRequired Skills and ExperienceHands-on experience in software testing (manual and automation)Experience testing mobile applications (manual and automated)Evidence of shift-left approach – early testing involvementFocus on both non-functional and functional testingFamiliarity with BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber, SpecFlow)Experience working in Agile or Lean environmentsKnowledge of performance and security testing fundamentalsProficiency with tools such as JIRA, Git, and CI/CD systemsStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenA collaborative team player who thrives in a hybrid work environmentNice to HaveExperience working in retail or consumer-facing product teamsKnowledge of monitoring, analytics, or observability toolsExposure to testing in microservices architecturesSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesRetail and Software Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
