What You'll Be Doing as Quality Assurance Engineer

Investigating non-conforming products and leading root cause analysis using tools like 8D, 5Y, PFMEA, and Six Sigma
*
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve quality issues and drive improvements
*
Handling customer returns and ensuring resolution within business KPIs
*
Supporting Material Review Board (MRB) activities and First Article Inspection Reports (AS9102)
*
Communicating directly with customers and suppliers to resolve issues and improve satisfaction
*
Analysing quality trends and implementing preventative actions to avoid recurrence
*
Supporting documentation updates and process compliance across operations
What You'll Bring as Quality Assurance Engineer
*
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing quality role
*
Proven experience using quality tools and methodologies
*
Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, or NADCAP
*
Strong communication skills across all levels
*
Ability to interpret technical drawings and use MS Office
*
Desirable: Six Sigma Green Belt, Q-Pulse, or electroplating experience
