Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer

Role Summary Our client is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to lead Technical Contract Review and Quality Assurance processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring adherence to Aerospace Quality Management systems such as AS9100 and NADCAP Special processes. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving quality improvements within the company.

Responsibilities Lead the flow down of Customer and business sector Quality requirements from order receipt through to process confirmation and improvement. Conduct internal and support external audit activities. Support Special Process Engineering resource in NADCAP audits across NDT, Chemical Process, Heat Treatment, and Forging. Improve operator performance through coaching and training. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement. Collaborate with the Purchasing department to enhance supplier and subcontractor quality performance.
