Key Responsibilities: Our client is seeking a driven and experienced Quality professional to join the Quality Assurance Team based in Bolton. This role supports the Manufacturing Business Units and plays a vital part in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organisation. Provide expert problem-solving support to address and resolve operational challenges. Lead and facilitate Kaizen events and improvement workshops, fostering cross-functional collaboration. Analyse internal and external trends to identify opportunities for process enhancement. Promote a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making and team engagement. Collate, validate, and interpret complex data sets to uncover trends and prioritise actions. Mentor and coach team members to build capability and sustain long-term process improvements.

What do you need?: Demonstrates relevant industry experience, ideally supported by formal qualifications. Holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent practical experience in process improvement. Possesses strong analytical capabilities with a proven ability to leverage data insights to identify trends and drive continuous improvement. Brings a working knowledge of electrical systems or electrical testingan advantage for this role. Confident communicator with the ability to engage and report effectively across all levels of the organisation. Highly organised, with excellent planning skills to manage multiple priorities and deliver against defined objectives. Self-driven and resilient, with a strong commitment to achieving results and overcoming challenges.
