QA Engineer - Hampshire (1 day a week in the office) - £60K - JavaScript/Typescript

La Fosse is partnering with a purpose-led healthcare organisation to recruit a QA Engineer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing engineering team, working closely with the Head of Engineering to champion quality across the business. The role will involve working with modern technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, API testing, UI testing, and Agile/BDD practices, while helping to drive best practice and maintain a high technical standard within the team.

Key requirements:

• Hands-on experience in functional and non-functional testing
• Proven ability to implement testing techniques across different levels
• Practical experience with UI and API testing
• Experience with automation frameworks (Playwright preferred)
• Proficiency in a programming or scripting language (JavaScript/TypeScript preferred)

Interview process: 2 stage process

• Interview with hiring manager + Online technical assessment (done independently before interview)
• Final Interview with hiring manager, Senior QA and head of engineering

Compensation:

£55,000 to £60,000 + bonus
