We’re seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality efforts for the development and production of mixed-signal integrated circuits used in aerospace applications. This role ensures compliance, traceability, and process integrity across the full product lifecycle—from design through manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain QA processes aligned with aerospace and IC industry standards

* Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers

* Ensure end-to-end traceability across architecture, design, and manufacturing

* Conduct internal and external quality audits

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subcontractors to uphold quality standards

* Drive continuous improvement and root cause analysis for quality issues

Experience:

* Degree in Electrical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field

* Strong commercial QA experience in IC development, ideally within aerospace or mixed-signal domains

* Strong knowledge of VLSI flows and industry quality standards

* Experience with configuration management, documentation control, and audit preparation

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
