About The Role

As a key member of our QHSE team, you’ll ensure compliance with international standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, RISQS, ISO 19650, and PAS 2080. Your work will directly support our commitment to excellence, innovation, and environmental responsibility.

You’ll lead internal audits, support external certification processes, and collaborate with teams across engineering, sustainability, and digital to embed best practices into our global workflows.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Maintain and coordinate global certification programs.
  • Lead internal audits and support external certification audits.
  • Develop and improve our Integrated Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Create tools, templates, and training to support compliance.
  • Conduct gap analyses and benchmarking for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor evolving standards and advise on business implications.

  • All certifications are maintained and audits completed successfully.
  • Measurable improvements in quality, efficiency, and sustainability.
  • Clear, data-driven reporting and actionable insights.
  • Strong engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A culture of quality and compliance embedded across the business.

About You

  • Experience in a quality role within design, consulting engineering, or construction.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 (SSIP); familiarity with ISO 19650, RISQS, and PAS 2080 is a plus.
  • Degree in Engineering or Quality Management.
  • Certified Internal or Lead Auditor (ISO 9001 or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Passionate about sustainability, quality, and continuous improvement.
