Lead quality audits and analyse results/data (e.g., 5 Why, Fishbone) Propose lean & six sigma continuous improvements and lead the project lifecycle Apply proven methodologies to drive continuous improvements across manufacturing operations Conduct audits and analyse results/data to identify improvement opportunities Play a key role in driving improvements across multiple departments
Responsibilities
Conduct quality audits and analyse results/data (5 Why, Fishbone) Propose and implement lean & six sigma improvements Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for improvement initiatives Put your stamp on company processes and systems to enhance quality and efficiency
The Person
Quality / Continuous Improvements Engineer with a Manufacturing background Manufacturing or transferable Engineering background Desires autonomy to lead continuous improvements as you see fit
