Are you a Quality Engineer from a manufacturing background looking for a long-term career within a company who will invest in your development, with ongoing training on quality techniques and clear routes to progress to a Quality Manager within a couple of years?

In this role you will be handling quality issues and dealing with customers, liaising with internal departments, and overseeing a small team of 4 Quality Controllers. Given ongoing support and guidance from Directors, this role will evolve into a Quality Manager position within 2 years.
