You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop, and implement quality control measures, and monitor performance. A strong background in quality management, process improvement, and data analysis is essential.Responsibilities include:Identifying and analyzing process improvement opportunities.Developing and implementing quality control measures, SOPs, work instructions, and checklists.Conducting root cause analysis and implementing CAPAs.Collaborating on process improvement projects.Using statistical analysis to identify trends and implement solutions.Monitoring and reporting KPIs.Leading continuous improvement workshops and training.Supporting production teams to ensure quality standards.Staying updated with industry best practices.Fuel your passionTo succeed, you should have:A bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject, Quality Management, or related field.Experience in quality management and process improvement, preferably in manufacturing.Knowledge of quality control methodologies like SPC, root cause analysis, and CAPA.Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Minitab.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects.Knowledge of standards like ISO 9001 and API Q1.Lean Bronze, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (preferred).Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies like TPS, Lean, or Six Sigma.We offer a competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for growth.
