This role is central to ensuring products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will work across all stages of production to maintain and improve Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with AS9100 and ISO9001 standards. The position involves close collaboration with engineering, production, and operational teams to drive a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Maintain, develop, and improve the companys AS9100 and ISO9001-compliant QMS.

Conduct internal audits and prepare reports on compliance and performance.

Investigate non-conformances, determine root causes, and implement corrective/preventive actions.

Support process capability analysis and apply statistical process control to monitor performance.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to update and standardise quality procedures.

Deliver training and guidance on quality standards, tools, and best practices.
