Quality Engineer Job Description:

Ensure product quality compliance with internal specifications, customer requirements, and relevant industry regulations Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) initiatives to address product non-conformances and drive continuous improvement. Develop, implement, and maintain inspection and testing protocols for in-process and final product verification using precision measurement tools and techniques. Collaborate closely with design, production, and regulatory teams to support new product introduction (NPI) and engineering change processes.
