Role Summary Our Client is seeking a Quality Engineer to join their team due to strategic growth and evolving regulatory requirements. This role is crucial in maintaining and enhancing the overall quality standards within the organisation, making a significant impact on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Implement and maintain quality control systems and procedures
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
Perform AS9100 audits and ensure compliance with industry standards
Develop and implement Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA)
Lead and support 8D investigations and resolutions
Essential Skills & Experience
Degree in Engineering or related field
Extensive experience in quality engineering within the aviation industry
Proficiency in AS9100 standards and quality management systems
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Desirable Skills & Experience
Six Sigma certification
Experience with ECRs (Engineering Change Requests)
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
