The successful candidate will work closely with design, production, and engineering teams to maintain and continuously improve internal quality performance.\n\nIf you're looking to make a real impact, develop your technical skills, and be part of a high-performing team, we want to hear from you.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nReview and interpret technical drawings, standards, and customer specifications.\nEnsure all requirements are correctly translated into manufacturing and inspection processes.\nLiaise with design teams to clarify technical or quality-related queries.\nPartner with production and engineering teams to ensure product quality at every stage.\nMonitor and assess production processes to ensure capability and compliance with tolerances.\nUtilise Statistical Process Control (SPC) to track trends, identify drift, and drive improvements.\nPromote and support a "right first time" culture across operations.\nEnsure all work aligns with aerospace regulations and internal quality management systems.\nContribute to both parts and process-level quality assurance initiatives. \n\nSkills required:\n\nExperience in a quality engineering role within the aerospace or other regulated manufacturing environment.\nStrong understanding of AS9100, regulatory compliance, and quality control practices.\nFamiliarity with SPC, root cause analysis tools (e.g.
