Salary: Up to £38,000 + bonus Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30am – 4:30pm (36 hours per week) Are you looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced, precision manufacturing environment? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established engineering business supplying critical components to the aerospace sector and other highly regulated industries. We are seeking a Quality Engineer with experience in special processes and a strong understanding of aerospace compliance. You’ll be part of a collaborative quality team supporting sheet metal and assembly production for an expanding portfolio of clients. The Opportunity This role focuses on the oversight and continuous improvement of soft metal heat treatment and testing processes. You’ll be responsible for maintaining NADCAP compliance, preparing for and hosting client and third-party audits, and leading process audits and improvement actions. You’ll also work closely with calibration and testing service providers to ensure all equipment meets relevant standards. Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, you’ll be a technical point of contact for both internal teams and external partners.
