Our client is a fast-growing, dynamic manufacturing company serving global markets through OEM partnerships, direct sales, and distribution networks. To support their continued expansion, we are looking for an adaptable and motivated Quality Engineer to join their energetic team.
This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about continuous improvement. You’ll work independently and collaboratively to enhance product and process quality, conduct investigations, perform root cause analysis, and drive effective solutions across the business.
Key Responsibilities
As a Quality Engineer, your role will include (but is not limited to):
* Applying Lean Six Sigma principles to assess and enhance process capability and product quality.
* Leading or supporting root cause analysis and implementing corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for product and process issues.
* Maintaining and reporting on QEHS metrics, such as Right First Time (RFT) and Customer Complaints (CC).
* Engaging with customers to resolve product queries and concerns effectively.
* Logging and investigating customer complaints, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions to ensure resolution and prevent recurrence.
* Collaborating with suppliers to resolve incoming quality issues.
