Quality Engineer Job Description
Analyse non-conformance data (e.g., scrap, rework, customer complaints) to identify trends and quality improvement opportunities. Lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions in line with internal and customer requirements. Collaborate with engineering teams to create and maintain inspection visual aids and ensure up-to-date quality documentation. Oversee inspection stamp control processes, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures. Participate in MRB meetings and lead/support 8D investigations. Conduct and maintain containment audits, confirming implementation of quality alerts and process controls.
