The Role: * Lead internal audits and ensure ISO 9001 compliance * Manage one direct report and provide quality leadership across the site * Conduct supplier audits and drive quality improvements * Collaborate with engineering and production on SOPs and NPI projects * Oversee customer quality requirements and inspections * Investigate issues using RCA and implement CAPAs The Person: * Experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment * Strong background in ISO standards, auditing, and quality improvement * Previous experience managing or mentoring others * Skilled in supplier and customer quality processes * Knowledge of 8D, RCA, FMEA and interpreting technical drawings * Six Sigma or Lean certification desirable Morgan Jones is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
