Implement and maintain effective Business Management Systems and procedures across the organisation. Support the implementation of APQP processes and maintain documentation to support product and process quality. Manage non-conformances, root cause analysis, corrective actions and preventive measures. Monitor manufacturing performance data, identifying improvements for scrap reduction and right-first-time performance. Support responses to customer and supplier quality issues. Conduct internal and external audits, managing the annual audit schedule. Report on Quality KPIs and contribute to the annual Quality improvement plan. Promote the use of Lean tools, supporting improvement activities and events. Stay up to date with quality management best practices, methodologies, and regulations. Essential Skills Minimum 3 year's experience in a Quality Management System role within an ISO9001/AS9100 certified manufacturing environment. Trained AS9100 Auditor. Strong documentation management and configuration control experience. Skilled in APQP, PPAP, FAIR, and other quality methodologies. Proficient in auditing management systems and processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with a detail-focused, methodical approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Driving licence and ability to travel at short notice. Desirable Skills Experience with Lean manufacturing tools such as 5S and Value Stream Mapping. Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Gantt charts, and Project Charters.
