What you'll be doing Owning, maintaining, and developing the company's IATF16949 Quality Management System. Supporting operations across the business to embed best practice processes and documentation. Leading customer and third-party audits (certification, surveillance, VDA6.3 supplier audits). Planning and carrying out internal audit programmes, reporting on findings, and ensuring robust corrective actions. Mentoring colleagues and delivering training to strengthen the quality culture. Supporting ISO14001 & ISO45001 standards alongside the Health, Safety & Environmental teams.

What we're looking for Lead Auditor certification with hands-on experience in IATF16949 / VDA6.3. Solid knowledge of core automotive quality tools (FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC). Strong track record in implementing, developing, and maintaining QMS (IATF16949:2016 / ISO9001:2015). Confident in managing audits, resolving non-conformances, and influencing stakeholders at all levels. A self-driven, resilient engineer who thrives on collaboration and welcomes change. Apprenticeship, HNC (or equivalent) in Quality, Engineering, or a related discipline.
