As the Quality & Technical Engineer you will:
Provide technical support and advice to customers. Maintain and create product information documents and databases. Support the QA & Systems Manager in maintaining third-party approvals. Assist the Customer Service team with technical information and phone cover. Attend industry events and exhibitions in a technical support capacity. Manage a dedicated technical support line for branded products. Visit customer sites as necessary. Collaborate with the Technical Sales Manager to develop customer requirements on product specifications.
