The successful Quotations Engineer will be responsible for creating quotations and bid packages whilst ensuring financial and technical compliance to customer requirements. Main Duties Quotations Engineer Reviewing and interpreting of customer enquiries. Preparing and managing quotations using ERP systems, MS Office, and electronic systems. Reviewing customer enquiries and providing clear, accurate responses. Maintaining quotation registers, document management, and clarification logs. Organising and coordinating RFQ-related meetings. Developing robust cost models and ensuring commercial accuracy. Supporting value engineering, upselling, and margin review activities. Reviewing purchase orders against quotations and assisting with contracts. Engaging with stakeholders and customers, supporting meetings and reviews.
