RF Test Engineer

We are seeking a skilled RF Test Engineer to join our growing team, taking a hands-on role in testing, diagnosing, and validating high-performance RF and electronic systems.

The Role:

You will be responsible for executing RF and electronic testing across a wide range of frequencies and power levels, ensuring accurate and reliable measurements in a volume electronics manufacturing environment. You’ll also develop, maintain, and improve automated test procedures using LabVIEW and TestStand, while supporting root cause analysis and product optimisation through in-depth data interpretation.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience within a volume electronics manufacturing environment.
• Strong measurement and diagnostic skills using RF and electronic test equipment (e.g. VNAs, spectrum/network analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes).
• Development experience with LabVIEW and TestStand.
• Familiarity with test databases, with the ability to write and run SQL queries (beneficial).
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
