You’ll deliver high-quality, courteous, and efficient service to clients across the Northwest and Yorkshire, supported by a dedicated office team based in Milnrow, Rochdale.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCarry out reactive callouts, planned maintenance, and remedial works on small to medium AC and refrigeration systems.\n\nService and repair refrigeration units including cold rooms, blast chillers, freezer rooms, and packaged fridges/freezers.\n\nWork independently or as part of a team, depending on the site requirements.\n\nMaintain van stock and ensure all necessary materials and tools are available.\n\nComplete digital job reports via our field service management software.\n\nCommunicate with customers professionally and courteously at all times.\n\nParticipate in the out-of-hours call-out rota (enhanced pay applies).\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nFull, clean UK driving licence.\n\nValid F-Gas certification (City & Guilds or NVQ Level).\n\nProven experience with refrigeration systems and confident with small Air Conditioning systems.\n\nExcellent personal presentation and communication skills.\n\nStrong self-management and time-keeping abilities.\n\nComfortable using smartphone-based work systems.\n\nAble to pass an enhanced DBS check (no convictions).\n\nCity & Guilds 6187-21 (Hydrocarbons) or equivalent – essential.\n\nCSCS card – desirable, but not essential.\n\nAbout Us\n\nBooth Air Conditioning is a trusted, family-run business with over 20 employees, many of whom have been with us for over a decade.
