We are looking for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join our growing team on the Isle of Wight. If you have a strong background in commercial refrigeration installations, servicing, and maintenance—and are confident working with cold rooms and specialist refrigerants—we’d love to hear from you.
The Role:
You will be responsible for:

Installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial refrigeration systems
*
Servicing of cold rooms and associated equipment
*
Diagnosing and repairing faults to minimize downtime
*
Working independently or as part of a small team on-site
*
Ensuring compliance with health and safety and environmental standards
Requirements:
*
F-Gas certification (Category 1 – 2079) – Essential
*
NVQ Level 2/3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning – Desirable
*
Experience with commercial refrigeration systems and cold rooms
*
Experience working with CO₂, hydrocarbon, and ammonia refrigerants – Preferred
*
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
*
Full UK driving licence
*
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently...
