Are you an experienced Refrigeration M&E Engineer for PPM ? Do you live in or around the Central London area? If so, we may have a role which is suited to you as we are recruiting a PPM Refrigeration M&E Engineer to join our facilities management team. Salary: £37,658 or £42,432 per annum, depending on experience No call-out or weekend working Door-to-door pay 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays Additional earnings available through enhanced overtime rates Up to 4% bonus, subject to achievement of targets Van (with option for personal use from day 1) and fuel card Smartphone, tools, uniform, PPE If you have a fully valid UK driver’s license, Refrigeration Multi-skilled M&E experience, and want to progress your career with an award-winning FM provider then read on…. You’ll be out and about on the road travelling to your assigned sites, carrying out planned Refrigeration M&E works. The role includes PPM works to agreed SOP’s on Retail Refrigeration Equipment like Packs and Cold storage, there will be some associated PPM tasks that are M&E Biased so training will be provided. During seasonal PPM freeze times, you will be required to assist the Refrigeration or M&E reactive teams. The role includes PPM works to agreed SOP’s on M&E Equipment such as Air Conditioning, Heating, Heat Pumps, Electrical services and emergency lighting, there will be some associated PPM tasks that are Refrigeration Biased subject to your skill set so training will be provided. During seasonal PPM freeze times, you will be required to assist the Refrigeration or M&E reactive teams. You’ll enjoy working autonomously, where you will be responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work. Ideally, you will have the ability to confidently carry out a range of other electrical and mechanical tasks as well.
