Your Role

• Service, maintain, and repair a wide range of refrigeration and air conditioning systems (including VRV/VRF, splits, cold rooms, and commercial refrigeration equipment)

• Diagnose faults and carry out remedial works to industry-leading standards

• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong, long-term client relationships

• Complete service reports, paperwork, and compliance documentation accurately and on time

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years’ proven experience as a Refrigeration Engineer

• Strong background in service, maintenance, and repair across refrigeration and AC systems

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or equivalent)

• F-Gas certification

• Full UK driving license

• A team player with excellent fault-finding skills and a customer-focused approach
