Refrigeration Service Engineer An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Refrigeration Service Engineer to join a well-established and respected contractor. This role offers long-term stability, excellent training, and genuine opportunities for progression. You will be working predominantly in supermarket environments across the South East, maintaining and servicing refrigeration equipment such as pack systems. Experience with CO₂ systems would be a strong advantage, though additional training can be provided. Requirements: Time-served apprenticeship NVQ / City & Guilds Refrigeration-based qualification Approved training program Refrigerant Handling (C&G 2079) or equivalent CITB certificate CO₂ experience (advantageous) Valid Skill Card Previous experience on retail supermarket contracts / pack systems Full UK driving licence (no more than 6 points) Package Basic Salary: £46,800 - flexible for the right candidate 40 hours per week 33 days holiday On-call rota 1 in 4 ( £125 standby payment) Ongoing training and development opportunities Fully equipped van with fuel card (available for personal use) Laptop, smartphone and uniform provided This is an excellent chance to join a supportive business that values its engineers and offers clear career progression.
