Refrigeration Engineer , Edinburgh, Mobile Role, Temp to Perm

Location: Central Belt to Edinburgh (Mobile Role)

Hours: 39 hours per week

Pay Rate: £19.00 – £21.20 per hour + 1.5x overtime rate

Key Responsibilities

*

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on refrigeration and HVAC systems.

*

Service and maintain refrigeration plant and HVAC equipment across various industrial environments.

*

Travel to customer sites across the Central Belt to Edinburgh region.

*

Complete maintenance logs and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

*

Represent the business professionally on all client visits, maintaining high service levels.

Requirements

*

F-Gas Certification (essential).

*

NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration or equivalent qualification.

*

Valid UK driver’s licence.

*

Proven experience in HVAC and refrigeration maintenance.

*

Ability to work independently and manage your daily schedule efficiently.

*

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
