About The Team
- Our Tech and Security teams keep us moving each day, from hardware to networks and everything in between.
- The Delivery Management Office works with Worldpay Technology Services teams and partners to improve ways of working across the organization.
- Worldpay has invested in ServiceNow; this role will establish a new ServiceNow Agile Release Train (ART) to deliver new features, resolve defects and improve customer experience.
- The ServiceNow team is undergoing an Agile transformation, making this a critical role for the organization.
What You’ll Own
- Manage and optimize the flow of value through the ART using tools such as the Program Kanban and other information radiators.
- Educate and communicate the annual calendars for Iterations and Program Increments (PIs). Facilitate PI Planning readiness by fostering a Continuous Exploration process that drives the synthesis of a Vision, Roadmap, and Backlogs, and through Pre- and Post-PI Planning events.
- Facilitate the PI planning event.
- Summarize Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives and publish them for visibility and transparency.
- Assist in tracking the execution of features and capabilities.
- Facilitate periodic synchronization events, including the ART sync.
- Assist with economic decision-making by facilitating feature and capability estimation by teams and the roll-up to Epics, as necessary. Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.
- Help manage risks and dependencies, escalate and track impediments.
- Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks.
- Drive relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops; assess the agility level of the ART and help them improve.
What You Bring
- Preferably 3–5 years of working experience.
- Demonstrated RTE experience in organizing, planning and executing large-scale projects from conception through implementation; experience coordinating multiple teams in a technology environment.
- Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills for explaining technical and project-related information to clients, vendors, senior management, and staff.
- Ability to easily build new relationships and proactively establish contacts across the organization.
- Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent.
