You’ll spot problems before they become crises. You’ll analyse trends, drive reliability projects, and make sure our equipment works as hard as we do. Your goal? Day-to-day, that means: Owning the reliability of your area’s equipment Driving maintenance plans that actually make a difference Collecting, analysing, and acting on downtime data Supporting capital projects and new installations Collaborating with colleagues, suppliers, and contractors Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and thinking ahead Who you are: An engineering whiz with a qualification above L3 (degree, HNC, HND—if your experience is strong) Experienced in maintenance or hungry to learn fast Analytical, practical, and self-motivated A communicator who can work solo or in a team Nice-to-haves: CMMS experience, CAD knowledge, contractor management, project experience.
