Are you a passionate and proactive Reliability Engineer looking to make a real impact in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment? Our client, a leading name in the food production sector, is seeking a skilled engineer to drive asset reliability, equipment performance, and engineering excellence at their Wrexham site.
The Role
As a core member of the site engineering team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of production assets through a balance of hands-on maintenance expertise, equipment knowledge, and data-driven analysis.
You’ll lead reliability initiatives, develop and implement maintenance strategies, and play a key role in shaping the site’s continuous improvement culture. Acting as the CMMS superuser, you’ll analyse performance data, identify top losses, and implement engineering solutions that improve plant efficiency and reduce downtime.
