We’re all about operational efficiency and our team of highly skilled reliability engineers not only use, but also develop and produce, some of the most sophisticated technology to help keep our customer’s assets doing what they need to, without any unexpected surprises along the way.\n\nTo be considered for this role you will ideally live in or close by to Newcastle or Durham and be willing to travel across the South Scotland / North East England area. \n\nWhat will you be doing?\n\nWe have over 40 Reliability Engineers in the UK, carrying out vibration analysis, remote data analysis, thermography surveys and much more!\n\nAs a Reliability Engineer for BES Asset Reliability, you will:\n\nCarry out condition based maintenance (CBM) techniques utilising vibration analysis, ultrasound, thermography and oil analysis\n\nPerform data collection – the analysis of equipment performance, failure data and corrective maintenance history\n\nAssess and report on machine performance and recommend improvements\n\nSpec, set up and installation of online and wireless systems or remote sensors\n\nAlways provide the exceptional level of customer service expected from our team, whilst representing our brilliant company professionally\n\nAs part of our team, you will get:\n\nA minimum standard starting salary from £37,000 depending on experience\n\n£5000 annual car cash allowance\n\nCompany Pension Scheme\n\nAnnual salary review\n\n25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays\n\nAn extra day’s holiday to take on Christmas Eve each year\n\nAccess to our buy and sell holiday scheme\n\nOpportunity for flexible working\n\nElectric Vehicle salary sacrifice scheme\n\nDiscounts and savings via our employee benefits portal\n\nHealth and wellbeing support via our Employee Assistance Programme\n\nOpportunity to attend volunteer days\n\nGuaranteed fundraising support for your chosen charity\n\nTo join our team, you will need: \n\nIdeally a background in engineering within the marine, rail, or manufacturing environment\n\nLevel 1 Vibration Analysis or working towards this is essential\n\nExperience or knowledge of Vibration Analysis\n\nExperience or knowledge of condition monitoring hardware and software\n\nA Mechanical Engineering qualification (level 3 upwards) is highly regarded\n\nFlexibility to work away and travel as per business and customer requirements\n\nFull UK driving license\n\nWe want you to be you!\n\nOur focus on , equality and is here to stay. \n\nOur team is made up of some of the most skilled and talented people and that’s what matters to us.
