Reliability Engineer Location: Lydney Contract: Permanent We are currently working with a client based in Lydney, who are looking for a skilled reliability engineer to develop and lead a planned, preventative and predictive maintenance strategy and support function. This will be to enable our client's production to perform at or better than budgeted operation availability. You will be expected to establish robust reliability improvement programs, audit effectiveness and adherence to schedules planned preventative and condition based maintenance plans and identify areas for improvement. You will ensure early signs of equipment failure are identified, communicated and equipment failure modes are effectively managed, with corrective intervention acted upon in a timely manner to minimise and prevent unplanned technical downtime.
