We are proud to serve a wide range of customers, delivering high-quality, reliable MRO services.An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Engineering Team as an Repair/Support Engineer, where you'll contribute directly to our continued success and industry-leading reputation.What You Will Do:As an Repair/Support Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our workshop operations, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with industry standards.
Your responsibilities will include:Compiling component survey reports and designing innovative repair schemesLiaising with subject matter experts based at our headquarters in CaliforniaSupporting ongoing maintenance activities by providing hands-on engineering inputCollaborating with teams across disciplines to maintain quality, efficiency, and safetyApplying your knowledge of aero engine nacelles, airframe structures, and composite materialsWhat You Will Learn:This role offers broad exposure across multiple facets of aerospace MRO engineering.
You will:Deepen your expertise in repair scheme design and aerospace manufacturing processesLearn from global subject matter experts within our organisationGain insight into cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, Operations, and Quality teamsBuild a comprehensive understanding of nacelle systems and repair practices in a high-performance environmentWhat You Must Have:To be successful in this role, you will need:A relevant qualification in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering (a degree is advantageous) or a similar background in MRB environment is transferableProven engineering experience, ideally in an MRO or aerospace environmentFamiliarity with repair design, MRB (Material Review Board), or structural analysisExperience We Prefer:While not essential, experience in the following areas would be highly valued:Experience in Microsoft Office and Computer-Aided Design tools such as CATIA v5 and Auto Desk/Auto CADComposite or metallic material repair techniquesWorking with airframe structures or aero engine nacellesTechnical publicationsAircraft regulationsWhat We Can Offer: We believe our people are our greatest asset.
