Research and Software Engineer
to join our growing team, where you’ll work on the core algorithms powering our products, collaborate with leading clients, and thrive in a flat, open environment that gives you the freedom to own, contribute, and shape the future of our services. Key Responsibilities
Work on algorithmic components of our 3D appearance capture products, focusing on areas like Deep Learning on facial data and material/object capture. Write high-quality prototype code (Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.) and collaborate with the software engineering team to transition it into production. Steer the work of junior researchers and participate in data collection and capture sessions. Contribute to the product roadmap, represent the company at academic and industry conferences, and assist with product demos. Troubleshoot issues related to research outputs and engage in customer-facing tasks as needed. Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a research-focused role within Computer Graphics, Computer Vision, or a related field. Strong programming skills in Python. Hands-on experience with Deep Learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow. Excellent communication skills and the ability to organize your own work to meet deadlines. A relevant academic background (MSc or PhD is highly desirable). Preferred Skills
Specific experience with Facial Capture or Material/Object Capture. Familiarity with Unity. Competitive market salary with stock options/bonus.
