R&D Project Engineer – Bristol – Aerospace - £48,000 to £55,000

Melbreck Technical are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our clients cutting-edge Research & Development team, where you will be leading projects that have a significant commercial and technical importance. They are a large global aerospace company, who are renowned for their market leading expertise in aircraft systems. This is a full-time position is based in their Bristol, UK office, where you will join a small team of engineers working on new technology developments, managed locally by the senior leadership team. Your role will be crucial in the business as you will be directly responsible for leading and delivering on key research and development projects. You will play a key part in the development of novel technologies and system solutions, commencing from concept to prototype, as well as attend and leading regular team meetings to review progress against project goals and budgets. You will also work closely with US team members as well as suppliers and customers across the world.
