World Class Defence Organisation is currently looking to recruit an RF Systems Engineer subcontractor on an initial 12 month contract.
Job Title: RF Systems Engineer Rate: £80.00 per hour Overtime Rate: Hours worked over 37 hours per week will be calculated at time and a quarter Location: Stevenage or Bristol Hybrid / Remote working: The role will be a hybrid role of 3 or 4 days per week onsite. A 4 day week is also possible (Monday to Thursday) Contract: 37 Hours per week Duration: 12 Months (initially and then ongoing and long-term thereafter) IR35 status: Inside IR35 (Umbrella)
RF Systems Engineer Job Description:
The Data Link Systems department is responsible for the systems design of the Data Link that maintains communication with a missile product as it completes its mission. The Data Link systems team require an RF systems engineer to support work on the Sea Venom program. Sea Venom is a helicopter launched anti Corvette/FIAC weapon system consisting of platform equipment and missile effector. The weapon system is a joint UK/French development, which is installed on the Wildcat Helicopter for the UK.
