From concept creation to prototype development, through to industrialisation and certification, your work will have a measurable impact on how next-generation aircraft are built.The RoleAs an Industrial Robotics R&D Engineer, you\'ll lead the design and integration of robotic and mechatronic solutions that push the limits of automation within aerospace production environments.You will:Develop and evaluate robotic concepts that solve real-world manufacturing challengesPerform detailed simulations and analyses on loads, stresses, and manufacturabilityDesign 2D and 3D mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using leading CAD toolsCreate manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and technical documentationPrototype, test, and validate robotic solutions to ensure they meet the highest standards of safety and reliabilityContribute to CE Mark certification and ensure compliance with internal and external quality standardsProvide hands-on technical expertise and mentor junior engineers in robotics and mechanical design best practicesAbout YouYou're passionate about robotics and thrive on turning ideas into practical, working systems. You enjoy the blend of analytical and hands-on engineering, from simulations and modelling to physical prototyping and testing.Essential experience:MSc or PhD in Robotics, Mechatronics, Controls Engineering or related technical fieldStrong practical experience with industrial robotics or actuated systemsSolid grounding in dynamics, kinematics, and system controlProven success integrating robotic solutions in production environmentsFamiliarity with simulation tools such as RoboDK, DELMIA, Matlab/Simulink, or similarProficiency in CAD (CATIA, 3DX, or comparable platforms)Skilled at building and testing prototypes with a hands-on approachExcellent communication, collaboration, and analytical problem-solving skillsA proactive attitude and curiosity to experiment, iterate, and innovate are key.
