You'll have the chance to work on international defence projects.

influence early design decisions and help shape the future of cutting-edge technology. \n\nResponsibilities will include:\n\nBuild clear, credible reliability and/or safety cases that balance time, cost, and customer expectations.\nLead reliability assurance throughout the system lifecycle, ensuring the right level of effort at each stage.\nDeliver a streamlined, risk-based reliability programme that fits the complexity of each system.\nBalance rigorous safety assurance with the operational demands of advanced weapon systems.\nWork closely with a highly skilled team, contributing to a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.\nDevelop a deep technical understanding of advanced systems and their operating environments through hands-on project involvement. \n\nWhat we are looking for in you: \n\nDetailed understanding and experience of how the hazard analysis and safety evaluation processes integrate with the system engineering process.\nAbility to deliver supporting information/ key Safety & Reliability documents (Safety Case Reports, Hazard Analysis, Functional Failure Analysis, FTA, FMECA, reliability prediction, etc).\nA strong grasp of reliability as a development process, with experience in planning, analysis, and testing.\nBe familiar with UK and international systems engineering standards and how to apply them effectively.\nA background in complex electronic systems, with a good handle on their safety and reliability challenges ideally supported by a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
