Our client, Sizewell C, is looking for an experienced Safety Case Engineer to take on a Section Lead position within their Design Authority Safety Case team working in support of the delivery of their new nuclear power station construction project, one of the UK's largest and most important infrastructure projects.

The home office for this role will be in Gloucester, close to j11a of the M5. This is a hybrid role requiring. Whilst the client would ideally like the person to work in the office 2-3 days/week, for the right individual they are willing to be flexible to try and accommodate personal circumstances and make the role attractive and workable.

The Section Lead Safety Case Engineer position will involve managing a small team (2-3) of authors and engineers in the delivery of CAT 1 and CAT 2 nuclear safety cases, scoping out, determining and deciding what changes need to be made and then coordinating and leading the delivery of these amendments.
