Safety Case/COMAH Engineer
Our client, a leading independent Oil & Gas operator, based in Norwich are currently seeking a Safety Case/COMAH Engineer to join their expanding licence to operate team.
This is a full-time role based out in the Norwich office.
Key Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications Higher technical qualification, preferably engineering although other disciplines considered Chartered engineer desirable but not essential 10+ years experience with Offshore UKCS Oil and Gas Operators, top tier COMAH sites and/or the Competent Authority Thorough understanding of the Safety Case and COMAH regulations, including supporting legislation such as PFEER, DSEAR, PSR etc Experience in writing and developing QRA and Safety Cases reports. Experience in working collaboratively in multi-discipline teams to deliver activities on a range of project types. Good knowledge of planning, cost control and document management processes Experience working with the Competent Authority desirable Experience in a project management desirable Adept communicator with the ability to influence decision makers Ability to work autonomously as well as under instruction Strong team player Meticulous attention to detail
