We offer hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about options.Salary: Negotiable – depending on skills and experienceWhat you’ll be doing:Managing safety requirements from whole boat to combat systems, including recording in DOORSManaging Requirements Decomposition (DSRs / 4SFRs / 5SFRs) after Safety Team analysisDelivering reports to Senior Engineering Manager regarding safety requirementsLiaising with Subsystems, Safety Team, and Suppliers on Safety RequirementsSupporting the Safety Team/Subsystems in conducting Gap Analyses between Formal Safety Requirements and those placed on suppliersYour skills and experiences:Experience with DOORSRecent safety requirements management experience, including the V cycle (INCOSE systems engineering V diagram)Degree or equivalent experience in requirements managementDefence contract experienceExcellent communication and collaboration skillsKnowledge of Safety FHAs, FTAs, PSSAs, and Safety Fault SchedulesWe offer competitive benefits including pension schemes, employee share plans, flexible health and lifestyle benefits, private health plans, and discounts.
