Respond to technical enquiries, ensuring each query is tracked and resolved promptly with comprehensive advice. Handle incoming calls professionally, directing them to appropriate staff or addressing customer needs. Expand customer interactions by identifying potential leads and recording them accurately. Provide timely responses to price and availability requests, ensuring customer satisfaction. Follow up on literature requests and manage generic email queries efficiently. Make proactive sales calls, capturing leads and ensuring timely follow-ups to maximise opportunities.
What You Will Bring
A background in Electrical Engineering or experience in a technical internal sales role. Proficiency in using software tools like CAD, EPLAN, or Clip X Engineer. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel and Word, with knowledge of CRM databases. A proactive, organised, and team-oriented approach to work.
