Location: North & Midlands

Remuneration: Up to £65,000 + £7,500-£15,000 Bonus

Benefits: Hybrid Car, EV or £7,000 Car Allowance and full benefits

The role involves:

• Field sales selling a range of commercial and industrial (100kw+) heat pumps and chillers, plant supply only
• 50% of your time selling into M&E contractors, 50% winning specifications with M&E consultants (small element of FM and end user work)
• Primarily a new business role, inheriting a pipeline of circa £3m-£4m
• Revenue targets: circa £500,000 in year one, £1m in year two
• Sectors: commercial, industrial, healthcare, education
• Delivering high-spec climate solutions

The ideal applicant will have:

• Proven track record in sales of HVAC or renewable products
• Experience selling heat pumps or chillers for commercial or industrial applications
• A mix of engineering and sales background (advantageous)
• Network of contacts within M&E consultants and contractors
• Technical product knowledge preferred but not essential; full training provided
• Ability to generate new business
• Autonomous, self-starter, excellent communication and presentation skills
• Highly organized, energetic, passionate, team player
