Overview

We're looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to join a growing team in London, supporting presales, solution consultants, and sales teams across a wide range of solution designs. The focus will be on networks, SD-WAN, SASE, and cyber security, but the role also offers the chance to expand your expertise across other areas of IT solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Support presales, solution consultants, and sales teams across a wide range of solution designs, with a focus on networks, SD-WAN, SASE, and cyber security.
  • Act as a trusted advisor—from the early stages of the sales cycle—to qualify opportunities, craft innovative solution designs, and ensure proposals are technically robust and commercially compelling.
  • Present solutions to customers, deliver product demonstrations, and remain a key point of contact throughout the solution life cycle.

Qualifications

  • Technical depth with ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Solid understanding of networking principles and protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VRRP, Firewalls, IPSec, SIEM, wireless).
  • Experience in at least two key solution areas such as networks, cloud, security, or unified communications.
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and a genuine curiosity to learn and grow.
  • Familiarity with SD-WAN and SASE technologies, cloud architectures, and relevant certifications would be an advantage.
