Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager / Key Account Manager required for a global leading engineering manufacturer.
The successful Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager / Key Account Manager will work fully remotely and be responsible for new business development and key account management across Ireland and Northern Ireland, selling cutting tools and precision accessories used in CNC machining including shrink-fit machines, balancing machines, tool pre-setters, tool holders, end mills and cutting tools.
The Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager / Key Account Manager must have a technical background in mechanical engineering, precision engineering, manufacturing, or CNC machining and be located in Northern Ireland, ideally the Belfast area.

Sales Engineer Role:
  • Business development and key account management across Ireland and Northern Ireland, selling CNC cutting tools and precision accessories used in CNC machining, including shrink-fit machines, balancing machines, tool pre-setters, tool holders,end mills and cutting tools.
  • Assist with the installation of CNC products and precision equipment at customer sites.
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships to drive CNC tooling sales
  • Liaise with various engineering departments.
  • Fully remote position covering Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Sales EngineerRequirements:
  • Experience as a Sales Engineer, Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Technical Sales Engineer, Sales Representative, or similar within Precision engineering and CNC.
  • CNC machinists, setters, operators or programmers looking to move into a sales role will also be considered.
  • Must have a technical background in mechanical engineering, precision engineering, manufacturing, CNC machining, or a related field.
  • A technical mechanical engineering or manufacturing qualification, apprenticeship, HNC, HND, or degree would be advantageous.
  • Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel throughout Northern Ireland and Ireland.
